In-process event bus — @OnEvent decorators, wildcard patterns, priorities, sync/async emission. Equivalent of @nestjs/event-emitter.

Features: user.* matches one segment, order.** matches any depth, priority ordering, once handlers, error isolation (or throwErrors: true).
